Asymptotically Optimal Golay-ZCZ Sequence Sets with Flexible Length

Zero correlation zone (ZCZ) sequences and Golay complementary are two kinds of with different preferable properties. Golay-ZCZ special which also possess a large ZCZ good candidates for pilots in OFDM systems. Known reported the literature have limitation length is form power 2. In this paper, we propose constructions sequence sets new parameters generalize Gong et al. (IEEE Trans. Commun., 61(9), 2013) Chen 66(11), 2018). Notably, one generates optimal binary sequences, while other asymptotically polyphase as number increases. We show, through numerical simulations, applicability proposed inter-symbol interference channel estimation. Interestingly, certain application scenarios, performs better compared to existing state-of-the-art sequences.
